The Social AI Field Guide
The Social AI Field Guide is about using AI thoughtfully when people work on change together: in workshops, co-creation and long-term change processes.
I show how to design questions from the purpose of that collaboration and how to weigh where AI can help. For example by giving back what people contribute, setting perspectives side by side or making connections between conversations visible. The people themselves judge what rings true and decide how they take it further.

Why I made the guide
I made it because I keep recognising the same thing in many conversations: people talk and nod, then sometimes leave feeling that their contribution has not really landed.
I think another way of working starts with listening. People’s words are not raw input to smooth away as quickly as possible. They carry experience, meaning and sometimes a direction that is not clear yet. That is why the guide starts with those words.
In the guide, what people said remains distinguishable from what a model added. That is a design choice and a test, not an automatic guarantee of ownership or change.
What this work tries to hold on to
The twelve techniques return to one question: does this help people be heard? Sometimes that means quoting people literally. Sometimes it means setting a pattern beside its source, reframing a question or making a draft visible. The technique is never the decision itself.
