# Veldgids Studio

With the Veldgids Studio, I am exploring how good facilitation and process guidance can become accessible to more people. And how experienced facilitators can get more powerful tools to discover new possibilities.

<p class="studio-hypothesis">How might increasingly capable AI help us guide change more effectively?</p>

That is the question I want to test. I come from design, work on change from the ground up and see technology changing fast. In the Studio I explore what happens when those three come together.

I am developing a digital workspace that helps people design a process around its purpose, understand conversations and prepare the next meaningful encounter. I am building and experimenting with it. It is not yet a finished, working application.

## From purpose to meeting

What do people want to make possible together, and what does that ask of the next meeting? In the Studio I look at how AI can help map possible routes, sharpen questions and prepare a gathering. What happens there can be a reason to look again at the purpose or the process.

## A project memory you can question

A report preserves one meeting. In a longer process, I also want to see how statements, questions and decisions relate to one another. I am building a project memory that keeps sources, analyses and provisional insights connected.

AI helps retrieve material and explore possible connections. With every reading, I want to be able to return to the words it is based on. When the reading changes, the source remains available.

## Trying things in real settings

The research into [conversations over time in Doesburg](/en/work/doesburg/) is one of the strands this development grows from. There, I placed separate analyses alongside one another to explore what becomes visible across several meetings.

I develop and test these ways of working in my own practice. Their shape changes as I learn what helps with preparation, perspective and next steps. What proves useful and can be shared becomes part of the [Social AI Field Guide](https://socialaiveldgids.nl/social-ai/en).
